"I guess it's true that only negative people write reviews. Don't trust the rating here if you're a genuinely interested and qualified customer.
We worked with Chad and couldn't be happier. We reviewed this Yelp page before we worked with him, and I have to say the rating is unfair. Complaints about asking a lot of questions don't make sense. It's better not to waste your own time if you're a bad fit for the space or the property owner's guidelines.
I communicated my interest online and Chad was quickly in contact with me. He asked the basic prequalifying questions and set up a time to view the space the very next day. Chad was very friendly and polite and honest about other interest in the property. We submitted an application that evening and he got to processing it first thing in the morning!
We didn't quite meet the owner's pet policy, but Chad worked with us to get approved with proper references and compromises in the rent/fees, which we really appreciated.
The whole process took less than a week and Chad was attentive and in constant contact. We've worked with a lot of "Chad's" in the past and they were pretty forgettable, but we feel this fella went the extra mile for us and we feel he will for anyone who is a good fit. In the end, though, if you're a prospective renter, it's important to remember that their first loyalty is to their client - the property owner - and they need to act in their best interest."
